How to Order

Choose your youth size, hoodie color and print placement, then upload your artwork and select your quantity.

Print placement options:

• Left Chest

• Left Chest / Large Back

• Large Front

• Large Front / Large Back

Pricing varies by print placement. Print dimensions are adjusted to fit the selected youth hoodie size. Front designs are positioned above the pouch pocket. The hood may cover part of the back print when worn down.

If you’re using different designs for the front and back, upload both files and use the Front or Back notes for each image to tell us where it belongs.

Ordering Multiple Sizes or Colors?

Please add each size and color combination to your cart separately and upload the artwork for each one—even if you’re using the same design.

For example, for 2 Youth Medium and 3 Youth Large hoodies:

1. Select Youth Medium, choose your color and print placement, upload your artwork, set the quantity to 2, and add to cart.

2. Repeat for Youth Large with the quantity set to 3.

The quantity you select applies to hoodies with the same size, color, print placement and artwork.

Artwork Requirements

Please upload the actual design—not a picture of the design on a garment. High-resolution PNG files with a clean, transparent background are preferred.

Using AI-generated artwork? These images may contain leftover backgrounds, faint outlines or unwanted details—even when the background appears transparent. These can show up when printed, especially on dark garments. Choosing a lighter color may make these edges less noticeable, but does not fix the artwork.

Production Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for orders of 1–10 hoodies and 10–14 business days for bulk orders for orders of 11 or more hoodies.

Production time begins after artwork and order details have been approved. Bulk orders, including orders of 100 or more hoodies, and more complex orders may require additional time. Please contact us before placing a large order or ordering for a specific deadline.

Gildan® 18500B Youth Size Guide

All measurements are in inches and refer to the hoodie laid flat—not body measurements. Select from the sizes available in the ordering menu.

How to measure: Lay a well-fitting hoodie flat. Measure the chest width straight across approximately one inch below the armholes. Measure the body length from the highest shoulder point to the bottom hem, excluding the hood.

Measurements are approximate and may vary by up to one inch. Because children vary in height and build, compare these measurements with a hoodie that currently fits the child well. For extra room for layering, consider sizing up.

Care Instructions

Follow the garment’s care label. To help protect your custom print, wash inside out in cold water with similar colors and tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
