ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because many of our products are handcrafted, made to order, personalized, or customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personalization details submitted incorrectly by the customer.
Please review all product options, sizing information, spelling, dates, names, and other customization details carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item, or Big Sky Engraving & Design made an error with your customization, please contact us within three business days of delivery.
Email desirae@bigskyengraving.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include repairing, replacing, or refunding the affected item.
CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION
Big Sky Engraving & Design is not responsible for errors in names, dates, spelling, sizing, colors, or other details submitted or selected incorrectly by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Production may begin shortly after an order is placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.
COLOR AND PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, materials, product availability, and the natural characteristics of engraved or handmade items. These normal variations are not considered defects.
ITEMS SENT WITHOUT APPROVAL
Do not mail or return an item without contacting us first. Items sent to Big Sky Engraving & Design without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
